I specialise in the strategic and operational development and management of services (and great customer experiences). As a marketer all my actions are rooted in a profound appreciation of customer needs and buyer behaviour. I believe that any deal must benefit the parties involved equally, in order for it to be a good deal.

With more than 15 years of experience from the financial industry, specialising in cash and liquidity management, and having worked with trade finance, supply chain finance, lending, deposits, leasing and IT I am an experienced people, product and project/program manager.
